To ensure a secure and efficient administrative process, we offer our international and domestic clients several payment options for the settlement of their travel services. The payment method may be selected according to the traveler's convenience, subject to the following corporate policies.

1. Online Payment Gateways and International Cards

We provide fully online payment options, allowing travelers to pay for their services from their country of residence. We accept all major international credit and debit cards, as well as global payment platforms such as PayPal, Izipay, and WeTravel.

Please note that all electronic transactions and card payments are subject to administrative processing fees established by the corresponding payment provider.

2. Bank Transfers and Digital Wallets

Payments may be made through transfers to our corporate bank accounts, available in both Peruvian Soles (PEN) and United States Dollars (USD). Banking details will be provided securely after the reservation has been confirmed.

Please note that any banking fees, transfer charges, or intermediary bank costs are the responsibility of the client.

For faster transactions within Peru, we also process payments through digital wallets such as Yape and Plin.

3. In-Person and Cash Payments

Travelers who prefer to settle their remaining balance upon arrival in Cusco may do so directly at our main office. We accept physical card payments through secure payment terminals as well as cash payments in either PEN or USD.

4. Payment Deadlines and Settlement Requirements

To guarantee proper operational and logistical planning, our policy requires that the total cost of the expedition be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour.

Failure to complete payment within this required timeframe may result in the suspension or cancellation of the reservation by Responsible Trekking and Travel S.A.C., ensuring the proper organization and execution of travel services.
